Cracow One Day of Cooking

We invite you to a culinary workshops where you can make classic dishes of southern Poland with the help of the Chef Marek Widomski who is the of Culinary Institute in Cracow and the restaurant Introligatornia Smaku in the Old Jewish District in Cracow at Józefa 20 Street where the workshops take place.

Workshop program:

10:00AM - 11:00 AM Tasting Polish regional cheeses made in ecological farms in Lesser Poland, popular deli products of fish and meat.

11:00AM - 2:00 PM Popular Polish dishes performed together with workshop participants.
